Colonial Springs has several membership plans, one of which is sure to suit you.

If you prefer a weekday membership, prices and terms start as follows:

	Annual Dues are $6,350.
	A one-time membership deposit is $9,500 payable in three installments with no interest.
	If you resign your membership, $7,125 of your $9,500 membership deposit is refundable.
	There are never any assessments, restaurant minimums, locker room charges, bag storage fees, or other nuisance charges.
	The current cart fee is $21.00
	Weekday play is Tuesday-Friday; 6:30am - Sunset

If you prefer a full-time membership, prices and terms start as follows:

	Annual dues range from $8,250.00 to $13,310.00 depending on the membership deposit.
	One-time membership deposits start at $9,500, payable in three installments with no interest.  $2,375 is due November 1, 2011,  $2,375 is due April 1, 2012, and the balance is due November 1, 2012.
	If you resign your membership, 75% of your membership deposit is refundable.
	There are never any assessments, restaurant minimums, locker room charges, bag storage fees, or other nuisance charges.
	The current cart fee is $21.00
	Full Membership play is Tuesday-Sunday; 6:30am - Sunset
