From the Long Island Expressway:

Coming From the West: Exit 49 South. Do NOT turn onto Route 110. Stay on the service road of the LIE to the third traffic light, which will be Pinelawn Road. Make a Right. Proceed 2½ miles and make a Left onto Long Island Avenue after crossing the Rail Road tracks. Colonial Springs is ½ mile down on the right.

Coming From the East: Exit 49 North. Make a Left at the first traffic light onto Pinelawn Road. Proceed 2½ miles and make a Left, directly after the Rail Road tracks, onto Long Island Avenue. Colonial Springs is ½ mile down on the right.

From the Southern State Parkway:

Exit 35 (Wellwood Avenue).  Take Wellwood Avenue North for 1.5 miles. Make a Right onto Long Island Avenue (just before Rail Road tracks). Colonial Springs is ½ mile down on the right.
